Return and Refund Policy

Enjoy shopping with the following return policy features:

• • You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt. Click here to submit a return request.

• • If the item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the description on the site, is fake, or was received damaged due to transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for free. The value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

• • When returning the product, ensure that all accessories and labels are intact and that the product is in its original packaging and condition as received. The package should be factory sealed (for returns within 14 days), and any included gifts or exceptional accessories must also be returned. If you set a password on the device you wish to return, please remove it; otherwise, the return request will not be processed correctly. This applies to products with manufacturing defects within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned with all inclusions and packaging in their original condition.

Some products cannot be returned, including:
