Return and Refund Policy

If you set a password on the device you wish to return, please remove it; otherwise, the return request will not be processed correctly. This applies to products with manufacturing defects within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned with all inclusions and packaging in their original condition.

Some products cannot be returned, including:
